Payment
The shipping cost is embedded at checkout. If you have an active discount code, you can apply it at checkout.
An invoice will be included with your order upon delivery.
No returns: purchases are final
Shipping & Handling
I will package and ship your art as soon as possible. Shipping costs and ETAs vary.
You will receive an email with your order confirmation and tracking number.
Online transactions are not eligible for hand-deliveries or free shipping (unless a temporary discount code is offered).
MS Studio is currently shipping throughout North America only. We’re trying to change that!
Order Policies
I always do my best to ensure your order is in good hands. However, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or you are concerned about your order, please contact the mailing service directly.
The address you provide is the address that will be used to ship your order. If you send me an incorrect address, I am not responsible for the input of the incorrect address.
If your order is damaged upon delivery, please email me with photos of your damaged piece and I will gladly refund you. Prints can be replaced but Originals are not replaceable.

Commission openings vary
Commission Inquiry & Execution
Upon inquiry, you get to choose the subject matter and color scheme of your commission.
Various canvas sizes and framed materials are offered for you to choose the size/material of which your commission is created on.
Commissions are executed in the artist’s style.
Commission Payment
A down payment is required for your commission at the point of which your inquiry is established and accepted.
Commissions will be paid for via cash, check, or private transaction services (CashApp or Venmo) as agreed between you and I.
Shipping & Handling
If you reside in Boerne, TX, your commission piece can be hand-delivered upon request and agreement.
If you reside outside of the Boerne, TX area, a shipping charge will be added to your total.
